Answer: We are in the perfect location to explore the range of restaurants, boutique shopping and conveniences of Palm Cove village. There are some thirty restaurants ranging from casual cafes to fine dining within an easy stroll of the Resort. A fashion boutiques, gift shops, post office, supermarket and hair salon are all located on Williams Esplanade and are within a few meters of the Resort.

How do I get to Palm Cove?
Answer: From Airport: transfers are available from the Cairns Airport in a coach or private charter and are $22 per person each way. We can arrange transfers for you – simply call or email us with your requirements.
Taxis are readily available at the airport and are approximately $60 - $70 to Palm Cove.
From Cairns: Transfers are also available from Cairns. Public Transport buses are available for use as well and will drop you off in Palm Cove.
How far are you from the airport/Cairns/Port Douglas?
Answer: Reef House is 25 kilometres from Cairns International Airport, approximately halfway between Cairns and Port Douglas.
Can I hire/park car at the Hotel?
Answer: Yes, you are able to pick up and drop off your hire car with us at Reception. We also have plenty of parking at the hotel.
Can you book / confirm airport transfers/pickups?
Answer: Yes. We offer a range of transfer options that can be arranged prior to your arrival. We are able to organise Private transfers or in Coach transfers for you. Please let us know when making your reservation and we will arrange this for you.

Answer: Yes. We can assist with restaurant reservations and tour bookings for you both prior to your arrival and during your stay with us.

Do the tour operators pick me up from the Hotel?
Answer: Yes. All tours recommended include a complimentary transfer service from the resort and returning after your tour. This is generally at no additional charge.

However should you prefer an alternative we can assist with your reservations for all tours.
How easy is it to go on reef trips etc from your Hotel?
Answer: Tours will almost always have a hotel pick-up service available ensuring it is very easy to visit and explore the areas around Palm Cove and Far North Queensland. Our staff can also assist with reminders and wake up calls to ensure you are ready to depart on time.
Do you have kitchen/self-catering accommodation options?
Answer: All of our rooms have mini bars and we are a true full service Resort offering room service and of course our Reef House Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner dining.
What facilities do you have at Reef House – pools, activities?
Answer: We offer the tranquillity and relaxation of three separate pools, both freshwater and saltwater options along with two outdoor spas. Plenty of poolside seating and a range of complimentary to use books from our library, honesty bar and poolside dining menu ensure we provide a completely relaxing environment. Our award winning on-site Day Spa provides a range of services to completely indulge.

Answer: Our Award winning Day Spa is Australia's most award winning spa nestled within in the tropical gardens of the internationally recognised Reef House Boutique Resort & Spa, Palm Cove. Fusing ancient therapies from the Dreamtime using the uniquely Australian LI’TYA Spa Care range which
is exclusive to Reef House Spa in Palm Cove. They also have an amazing Vichy shower and lots of treatments to choose from. We are also able to organise Couple’s massages and hens parties as well.

What Disabled room facilities and services do you offer?
Answer: We have one disabled accommodation room with wheel chair access in the bathroom and around the room. It is on the ground floor to make access easy and also has a wonderful view of our freshwater pool from the patio area.
