The Bubbles of Champagne - France Uncorked!

For no other reason than to celebrate some of the world's greatest wine and food, General Manager Andrew McSweeney and Executive Chef Philip Mitchell of Sebel Reef House and Spa fame, present 'Champagne Uncorked!' on 21 June 2008.
'Champagne Uncorked!' will be a sublime evening of fine food from the Champagne region, presented alongside some of the country's best Champagnes - by wine bon vivant, aficionado and avid collector Frank Wilden. Frank will help us all share in the spoils of Champagne, France, through a unique 'flight' of some of the World's best Champagnes, that will sit alongside Philip's unique dishes, specially selected for the way they complement the bubbles of Champagne.
