Yoga's greatest gift is that you get to relax into your natural well being --‐ your body loves it, your mind clears, and REAL happiness exudes. Practising the postures, breathing exercises and generally relaxing makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. There is nothing like Yoga, it lets you tune in, chill out, shape up --‐ all at the same time. 

Classes

General Yoga: Thursdays 8.45 am - 9.45 am. COMPLIMENTARY to house guests of Reef House Resort & Spa Palm Cove.

Class Description

The general yoga class is designed to accommodation different levels of yoga experience. We will work with fundamental breathing techniques, postures and relaxation that are suitable for the beginner through to the more experienced. Options will be offered to those who want to work harder - this class can be enjoyed by all.

Private Yoga Sessions

Enhance your current practice or take your first step on to the mat by having a personalised program designed around your specific needs. You will be able to focus more on the areas where you require the most attention and also practice during a time that suits your relaxation escape at Reef House

Personal Training

A personal trainer is a great way to achieve and maintain your fitness goals. Our personal trainers will use a variety of exercises to keep you motivated. They will give you cardio, strength, flexibility and nutritional guidance according to your needs. Our beautiful location in Palm Cove opposite the Coral Sea provides the perfect outdoor training session location.
