Solar eclipse at Reef House Palm Cove

The world watched, Channel Nine's Today Show had Karl roaming the beach, long zoom cameras lined along the beach mixed with hundreds of on-lookers, locals, tourists, families and the occassional pet dog all to witness a spectacular Solar Eclipse at Palm Cove on Wednesday 14th November.

Estimates of well over 2000 people lining the beach outside Reef House Palm Cove were rewarded for their early rise with the perfect view of this once in a lifetime event. The clouds parted perfectly with three minutes to go as the sun disappeared behind the moon and darkness fell across Palm Cove on a perfect Spring morning.

With lots of media staying at Reef House Resort & Spa to capture and record the event it has certainly been a busy week at Reef House.
