The Reef House Palm Cove enjoys a world-class beachfront location making it an iconic venue for weddings.
We are able to provide:

Day time receptions; elegant seated lunch or casual cocktail party available up to 4.00 pm. We can create a beautiful and memorable day to remember.
Lunch or Cocktail Style reception menus including venue hire (min 40 people)
Beach Ceremonies - We are happy to provide a list of local wedding services including celebrants who can arrange beach permits required for ceremonies in Palm Cove.
Packages include pre-wedding pampering for the Bride & Bridesmaids including professional makeup with personal consultation using Inika Australian Organic range.
Hair Salon, Anagan Hair is located at Reef House.
Anniversary, Birthdays ..
There is always a good time to celebrate and we love to assist you arrange a special event. Whether it’s your engagement, Anniversary, milestone birthday or get together with family from afar, our ocean view restaurant or waterfall poolside dining make for a great venue.
We can assist with a tailored menu choices, beverage package and table settings.

The Reef House is perfect for a tropical escape to reward your top staff, clients or hold your ‘think tank’ management retreat. Small board meetings have the advantage of serious business in a relaxed tropical environment.
We can accommodate all your guests with several different room types at our best available rate. From spacious suites with spa bath to 4 bedroom villa with plunge pool. There is nothing ‘cookie cutter’ about the way we approach your event, offering tailored menus for lunches to executive degustation with matching wines. If you are looking for team building or touring experiences our Luxury Concierge will be able to recommend and assist you in planning.
Simply put we are not your typical conference venue, we are colonial beach house ambiance and tranquility.
Melaleuca room has screen, wall mounted TV, whiteboard & blackboard. All A/V equipment is contracted from a supplier POE.
