Vinyasa Yoga is characterised by stringing a series of yoga poses together so that you can move through each one seamlessly, whilst following the breath. Each Vinyasa class is creatively sequenced according to its desired effect, and is sure to leave you feeling energised, open and ready for your day.
Level 1-2 (beginner to intermediate).
In Vinyasa Yoga we string the poses together with our breath. In this class we usually have a certain physical focus, as well as a philosophical/metaphysical one. Expect to feel, open, uplifted and connected after this practice in this beautiful setting.
This class isn’t suitable for complete beginners, some basic yoga experience is required (We won’t be doing advanced asana but won’t be going over the basics).
Watch the sun rise over the ocean and greet the day with some gentle yet energizing movement. Salome will guide you through a beautiful practice to get you out of your head, and back in your body. Dissolve tension from your mind and body and start your day feeling energised and grounded.
Suitable for all levels – beginner to intermediate.
Start your day with a beachfront yoga flow and reconnect with your mind, body and spirit. Classes are held a short stroll from the Reef House four times per week. A slow, flowing sequence that will leave you feeling strong, supple, centered and calm, usually around a central theme.
A perfect way to start your Sunday in paradise.
After more than 2000 hours spent teaching yoga, Beth Hartig knows a thing or two about the benefits of hatha flow, vinyasa and yin for both body and mind. Her Palm Cove beachfront beginner and advanced classes are popular with both locals and visitors wanting to start their day on the right foot. After completing a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Psychology, Beth studied yoga at Trimuti Yoga in India and moved from England to Australia, settling in Palm Cove to teach yoga in 2014. “Yoga is a really powerful way to change your psychology and learn about your own mind and its patterns. It enables people to take control of their thoughts and reclaim control of their mental health.”
