Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship Australia wide with shipping rates calculated at the checkout based on shipping location and the weight of items in order. We use Australia Post with standard delivery taking between 7 and 10 working days depending on your location. Express postage comes at a higher rate, but delivery will usually be between 1 to 5 days depending on your location. We do not ship internationally.

Dispatch

Your products will be shipped within two to four business days after we receive your order. Once your order has been dispatched to Australia Post it becomes their responsibility and often shipping times can vary according to their schedules.

Currently Australia Post are experiencing delays due to COVID restrictions currently in place.

Order changes

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. However, if you realise you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact us asap.

Refunds and Returns

The Reef House does not accept the return of any Products on a change of mind basis. If any Product is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose please contact us by email at reservations@reefhouse.com.au and a Customer Service Team member will assist with your request.

The Reef House will offer a replacement product, credit note or refund at its discretion subject to the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010
