Located with convenient step-free access via lift, this peaceful retreat has been carefully designed to support guests using wheelchairs or those with reduced mobility, without compromising on style or comfort. Developed in consultation with an accessibility advisor, the room provides a welcoming environment where you can truly relax and enjoy an adults-only escape in beautiful Palm Cove.
Inside, you’ll find our signature Colonial South Pacific décor, a beautifully appointed king bed, calming interiors and a private verandah overlooking the tropical gardens and pool. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a stay that feels effortless, comfortable and restorative.
The Reef House is a heritage property. Rooms and suites are individual in their shape, size and décor, with minor variations that reflect the character of the building. Images reflect the room category inclusions and styling however the views to outside may differ as rooms can be located on different floors.

Featuring step-free access, an accessible bathroom and adaptable room features, every element has been designed to help you enjoy your stay with confidence, comfort and independence.
Additional equipment, including shower chairs, toilet assist chairs, wheelchairs and other mobility aids, can be arranged prior to arrival, subject to availability.
