Payment Terms & Conditions
Year Round: 50% deposit or full prepayment balance due at check out
Christmas, New Year and Easter Peak Periods. All bookings that are due to check-in between the 22nd of December and the 7th of January as well as the Easter period from Good Friday till Easter Monday are non-refundable.
- The Reef House Adults Retreat reserves the right to charge the credit card provided at time of booking any time prior to arrival.
- If we are unable to process your payment, we will call and email you to discuss payment options.
- If after 24 hours, you have not reached out to us to provide alternate payment options, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and will send a cancellation notification via email.
- If you still wish to travel, our staff will attempt to re-instate your booking and immediate payment will be required, however availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Please ensure there is sufficient credit available to cover your booked services including a 1.4% credit card surcharge. If we cannot charge your credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Cancellation
Rejuvenation Season – November to May
Prior to 7 days all but 10% administration charge refunded.
Inside 7 days no refunds.
High Season – June to October
Prior to 14 days all but 10% administration charge refunded.
Inside 14 days no refunds.
No Children policy under 16 years of age
The Reef House is an Adults only resort, please note we do not accept bookings with children under the age of 16 years, any persons arriving under this age will not be admitted to the resort and all monies and bookings will be void with no refunds due.
Day Spa
The Spa is open 7 days a week by appointment, we recommend booking well in advance. Day Spa cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or full charges apply. Please contact us on 07 4080 2600 or email reefhousespa@reefhouse.com.au
External provider cancellations
All bookings made on behalf our guests provided by an external provider fall under that providers cancellation, payment terms and conditions.
We strongly advise guests take out Travel Insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
Hotel Policies
Smoking Policy
The Reef House Hotel is 100% non-smoking, which means that smoking in the rooms is forbidden.
Reception Hours & Bookings
Our reception will be open from 8:30am to 10:00pm daily.

The Reef House Restaurant
- Breakfast – House guests only
- Lunch & Dinner – All guests 16 years and over are welcome, bookings are essential.

The Reef House Day Spa

Should you purchased your package with the inclusion of SPA Vouchers*
$25 Spa Voucher, 1 per person can be used against a spa menu treatment value of $200 or more. (Not for use on public holidays, nor redeemable for cash. The Reef House Day Spa is open 7 days a week by appointment, we recommend booking 72 hours in advance.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
