To help you have the best possible sleep during your stay at The Reef House, please enjoy our informative Sleep Support Guide provided in-room on arrival. All guests have access to our Sleep Easy Guest Portal, offering an online selection of blogs, videos, music playlist and audio files to provide helpful tips and techniques and a sleep music menu designed just for you on Spotify. It’s something to assist you now – and continue long after you’ve left our care.
In-room we provide a pillow menu to ensure maximum sleep comfort and a custom-made mattress to aid sleep plus a selection of locally sourced teas and herbal infusions from Black Book Tea.
We also encourage you to enjoy light exercise options each day. We provide yoga classes on four mornings each week, plus a stretch and breath class, aqua aerobics twice a week, and free use of Reef House bicycles to explore our many picturesque local cycle trails.
Other great resort treats include our tranquillity pool and heated mineral pool, a Spa treatment menu that can be tailored to your needs (treatment fees apply), plus you’ll have access to over 21 Signature Inclusions provided for every guest.

Sabine Christelli has a Graduate Research Certificate in sleep science and is currently doing her PhD in the same field. She has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Immunology and Biochemistry, and as an internationally accredited yoga teacher has been teaching meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and ways to live healthier to people of all ages, from all walks of life for over 15 years.
Sabine loves to see people thrive and in helping thousands of people, plus being a sleep scientist, she has become an expert in the field of sleep, translating scientific discoveries and its jargon for the general public and making it practical, relevant, and applicable for anyone.
