We’re taking relaxation to a whole new level with the appointment of Sleep Scientist Sabine Christelli as our Director of Sleep & Rejuvenation.
Sabine Christelli has a Graduate Research Certificate in sleep science and is currently doing her PhD in the same field. She has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Immunology and Biochemistry, and as an internationally accredited yoga teacher has been teaching meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and ways to live healthier to people of all ages, from all walks of life for over 15 years.
Sabine loves to see people thrive and in helping thousands of people, plus being a sleep scientist, she has become an expert in the field of sleep, translating scientific discoveries and its jargon for the general public and making it practical, relevant, and applicable for anyone.
This is an informative and practical class where you will learn how to harness more of the benefits of optimised sleep, and how you can start getting better sleep straight away.
