The wine list is a constant work in progress and its contents are re-visited on a weekly basis, keeping the offering vibrant, creative, with depth and nuances.
We offer on average 250 different labels at any given time, our list truly does have something for every wine drinker. Our talented Sommelier is on hand to share his knowledge and find the perfect drop to match your meal and your tastebuds.
Designed to compliment the exquisite tropical surrounds, our cocktail list compromises of aromatic and fruity cocktails, aperitifs, martinis and mocktails.
Our talented bartenders have created some original libations, as well as put the Reef House touch on some much-loved classics such as the Pina Colada with caramelised pineapple, or Espresso Martini with Barenjager honey liqueur.

Michele is the resident Sommelier at The Reef House. Growing up in Sicily Italy, Michele has always been familiar with wine, however he found his true passion for it when moved to London and decided to study and become a Sommelier.
Michele started at a wine cellar, followed by Michelin star restaurants, before managing a wine bar and holding blind wine tastings.
Michele loves experimenting with new wines, cocktails and flavours – his most recent creation being an Avocado cocktail! Be sure to ask Michele for his recommendations on your next visit to The Reef House.
