Kenny Hillier, our experienced sommelier, developed his passion for wine from a young age, exploring South Australia’s wine regions with his father. After studying economics and hotel management, he embarked on a global hospitality journey, refining his skills at top restaurants in Australia and London, including Michael Caine’s Langan’s Brasserie and Philippe Mouchel’s establishments.
Now at The Reef House, Kenny aims to showcase Australia’s wine diversity alongside international selections, ensuring every guest finds their perfect pour.
